Event Description:

Shrawan Shakti, organized a one-day hearing awareness programme on WHD2022. There were short lectures by ENT Surgeons, scientists and educationists. It had interactions about noise pollution, hearing screening, Cochlear implants and the use of AT’s. It was all Coordinated by ICMR. Hearing Aid users also interacted with the people around and demonstrate the importance of hearing. SS educated children and teachers on hearing health and its benefits. Audiologists performed AABR in neo natal with Sohum. People were made aware for hearing care and its importance in life.
