Event Description:
Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility, with the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association British Columbia Chapter, and Vancouver Branch, hosted a webinar about hearing loss and safe listening on March 3, 2022. Four speakers gave presentations, including an ear nose and throat specialist, an audiologist, a consultant on safe listening and a Hard of Hearing person. A highlight was the introduction of mobile apps for monitoring unsafe sound levels.
