Kompas TV talk show “Sapa Manado” is an activity carried out to provide education to the general public through regional TV media, related to the risk of hearing loss, various diseases and their treatments as well as presenting data from WHO as educational materials. Regarding the constraints of the ongoing pandemic, educational efforts are carried out widely apart from TV media, also through other online form (youtube, zoom) including webinar symposium especially for the general public communities. We also conduct direct counseling to patients and families as visitors at RSUP Kandou hospital
