Event Description:
This forum on Hearing Health was opened by Prof. Xingkuan Bu and his keynote lecture on the burden of hearing loss. We also invited local and international experts to further discuss issues on congenital hearing loss, occupational hearing loss, and biomedical innovations in teleaudiology. This served as an opportunity for experts in various fields to collaborate in various researches to enhance programs for hearing health, and to develop and strengthen national and local policies to improve hearing screening and provisions of method for hearing amplification in the Philippines
