Event Description:
We had an online social media post and flyers distributed throughout the hospital facilities. Participants filled a brief medical history form addressing hearing difficulties and it’s self-perception. The hearing screening continued with otoscopy and an audiogram. At the end of it, participants were given a flyer with WHO’s key messages for World Hearing Day 2022 and any other questions about hearing protection and World Hearing Day were answered in the best way possible.

Share WHO materials in early January so that we are able to get more time to have authorization from the hospital management and share the event as soon as possible with the WHO design and key messages translated for that year, in order to create a bigger impact and reach higher participants number.
