Event Description:

Conference on World Hearing Day, the global impact of hearing loss and the estimated rise of hearing loss in world population. The importance of hearing preservation troughout live was stressed, controlling ear conditions, protecting young adults from extremly loud music events. Adults were instructed on the effects of industrial noise on hearing. The importance of hearing screenings in infants and school aged children was nored, namelly the universal hearing screenings already implemented for newborns and in future implementation at pre school age and also for senoir citizens .
