In this space we talk about the 2021 world hearing report and the challenges facing audiology both nationally and internationally, to reduce the numbers of preventable hearing loss and adequately attend to those disabling hearing losses, promoting safer listening.
In Costa Rica, audiology is going through a moment of great growth. The high demand for this service has strengthened research, the development of new technologies and the need for a more complete training of professionals.
