World Hearing Day Celebration

As a hospital known for its commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare services, it is important for us to actively participate in this global initiative. The “World Hearing Day” which is observed annually on the 3rd of March was successfully observed by the ENT Clinic of the Ho Municipal Hospital in the Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana. Banners and posters were printed to create awareness of the World Hearing Day. Health education and screening were undertaken at the following places; Togbe Afede XIV’s Palace at Ho Bankoe, Regional Module School – Ho, Ho Municipal Hospital, and on Sunday the 3rd of March 2024 the health education and screening was undertaken at the Assemblies of God, Ghana (Christ Family Chapel) Ho. The ENT team also educated the public on two different radio stations namely; Global FM and Volta Star Radio on ear and hearing care.
