The theme of this Project is Training Ear Wax Irrigation for General Practitioner in South east Sulawesi. The event was held for two days. First day activity contained lectures and hands on ear wax irrigation on dummys. The second day was social work of ear irrigation in elemantary students in SD 06, Kendari. Twenty six GPs was participate and 4 otolaringologist as tutors. In social work 97 students were screened for ear disease and irrigated their ears if they had eaf wax. The project was arranged by Health Office of Kendari District. The aim of this project is to raise awareness towards hearing problem in primary health care. That they can do simple works just as ear wax irrigation. And for educational worker in school has new perspective that hearing problem can affect educational process for students.
