This initiative is a partnership between Audicare and Dproposito Art Gallery,an art exposition in support of WHD, which aimed to bring visibility to the invisible: hearing loss. To achieve this, art was used to tell stories of people with hearing disabilities, utilizing recycled materials from the audiology world.
Artists Fernanda de Barros, Mari Dabbur, Kaju, Luisa Lobo, Vinícius Loschiavo presented works that highlight their connection to the theme of hearing and hearing impairment.
The event was truly extraordinary, with a significant presence at the Gael Space, São Paulo, where the artworks were remain on display until the end of March and afterwards were displayed at DW SP (Design Week) and the Art SP, Latin America Art and Design Exposition, where 30.000 people visited. The project is sponsored by WSA company and they received the earpieces in their offices as a Permanent Exhibition. The event had a simultaneous Brazilian Sign Language.
