Ear and Hearing Care for all – A rally to create awareness among the general public was held, where the Medical students of Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences carried posters and placards to convey messages to the general public. A poster-making competition saw many colorful handmade posters with great content created by our medical students. A student of ours also composed a very relevant and meaningful poem. A stage program that followed the rally addressed medical professionals on their role in providing the best care, along with promoting good ear care, the importance of avoiding noise trauma and early identification & rehabilitation of deafness. The efforts of the students who made the posters were recognized and they were awarded.
