On March 11, 2023, Komda PGKT Sumsel conducted an interactive talk show and ENT examination for children with Down syndrome and their parents at the Sriwijaya Sports School in Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The event was supported by various local universities, health organizations, and banks, including the otolaryngology department of Sriwijaya University, Perhati BKL Sumsel Babel Branch, IDI Sumsel Region, IIDI Palembang Branch, the Family Association of Children with Down Syndrome, and Bank SumselBabel. Approximately 100 participants attended the event, which also celebrated World Hearing Day and World Down Syndrome Day.
