Title: World Hearing Day 2023, Ear and Hearing Care for All ! Let’s Make it a Reality
Description: In celebration of World Hearing Day 2023, our department organized various activities under the theme “Ear and Hearing Health, Care for Everyone, Let’s Make It Happen”. The aim was to advocate for Government and stakeholders’ involvement, conduct educational programs, and boost public awareness about ear and hearing health. We collaborated with health practitioners, educational institutions, community organizations, and NGOs to ensure a wider reach. Some of the activities included hosting a podcast on RRI Padang, conducting ear examinations, ear cleaning sessions, and providing ear health education in Padang and Batusangkar. These initiatives greatly contributed to promoting the importance of ear and hearing health.
