Title: Ear and Hearing Care for All! Let’s Make it a Reality
Description: Over a span of five days coinciding with World Hearing Day 2023, we organized a series of awareness camps and continuing medical education (CME) sessions. The activities commenced with awareness programs for schoolchildren and teachers, including free hearing screening camps, in rural Pondicherry District, India. We identified high-risk students and ensured they received necessary care through regular follow-up visits. Additionally, we coordinated industrial visits for Ganges International Pvt Ltd employees and held an awareness program for traffic officials. The series of programs concluded on March 3, 2023 with a CME session approved by the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
