Description: On March 3, 2023, a universal neonatal hearing screening program was initiated in Delhi at the Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. The event was attended by the special secretary of health of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the incharge of the Mission NEEV organization. This program, which will gradually be implemented across all 31 government hospitals in Delhi, began in four of them. The occasion, coinciding with World Hearing Day, featured a discussion of the significance of ear care and universal hearing screening.
