Description: On March 15, 2023, we conducted a virtual event attended by 100 participants. The discussion, led by a Speech Language Therapist, revolved around the challenges faced by school-age children with hearing loss in achieving inclusive education. The talk also highlighted preventive measures for hearing loss, the importance of maintaining auditory health, and the optimal timing for diagnosis and intervention. This event forms part of ALSEPNEO’s continuous efforts to improve hearing healthcare across Latin America. Through our project, we aim to foster regional collaboration for enhanced hearing healthcare.
