Description: On March 8, 2023, an event focused on the early detection of hearing loss in infants and children was conducted. The Surabaya city health office and Perhati-KL East Java collaborated to organize this event. The initiative aimed at educating 69 participants from the Great Surabaya Cadres and 189 healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, midwives, and nurses, from Surabaya’s community health centers, known as Puskesmas. The goal was to enhance early detection methods for infants and children with hearing impairments.
