Description: The North West Hospital Health Service (NWHHS) hosted an educational event in the main lobby where staff, patients, and visitors were invited to learn about ear health. Utilizing a video otoscope, individuals were given the opportunity to view their own eardrums, and tympanometry tests were offered to assess middle ear function. An audiology assistant was available to discuss NWHHS’s hearing services and answer questions related to ear health. To promote overall wellness, the local Woolworths provided healthy snacks such as carrots and apples, along with personal tissues.
