The event was guided by the Shenzhen Disabled Persons’ Federation and sponsored by the Shenzhen Deaf Association. It was organized by the Shenzhen Longgang E.N.T. Hospital. Additionally, the hospital organized a joint event with the Longgang District’s Disability Service Center.
