Description: The Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) Health Services participated in the 2023 World Hearing Day, conducting activities from March 2nd to 3rd to promote Ear and Hearing Care. The activities included health talks and screenings at 54 health facilities, four radio programs, a workshop for mayors on their role in promoting ear and hearing care, and the launch of a sign language dictionary to facilitate communication with the hearing-impaired. By doing so, CBC aimed to break barriers to healthcare access for people with hearing impairments.
