Title: World Hearing Day Celebration 2023
Description: The Department of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) at University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) and Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital (GTB) Hospital in Delhi, India recently conducted a training workshop for about 70 medical officers and healthcare workers. This workshop, aimed at raising awareness and improving care for ear and hearing conditions at the primary level, included several activities. A screening camp was set up in the outpatient department, and a skit showcasing preventable causes of hearing loss was performed by postgraduate students from the department. Additionally, a poster competition was held, and the institution’s head inaugurated a temporal bone dissection lab.
