With the assistance of an Italian speech and auditory health specialist, an intensive 5-day course was conducted using specific techniques for the rehabilitation of language in deaf children with prosthetics, aimed at enhancing their language skills and cognitive abilities. This training, which took place at a national level, involved 33 health professionals of various profiles, who comprise the 20 national auditory and language health teams.
