Description: In recognition of World Hearing Day and World Down Syndrome Day, the ENT department of the faculty of medicine at the University of Sumatera Utara joined forces with POTADS Sumut (North Sumatra) and Komda PGPKT Sumut to conduct a community service event. The occasion offered ear cleaning services and OAE auditory screening tests to approximately 100 children with Down syndrome. The aim was to ensure their aural health and detect any potential auditory issues, thereby contributing to their overall well-being.
