Title: Talk Show, Ear Screening, and Cleanings with POTADS Solo
Description: On March 12, 2023, a collaborative activity was held at the Sekar Jagad Building of Dr. Moewardi Hospital in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. The event was organized in conjunction with PERHATI-KL Solo, Komda PGPKT/EHC Solo Committee, ENT-NHS Department and Faculty of Medicine at Sebelas Maret University, and Dr. Moewardi Hospital. The event was comprised of two panels and complimentary ear examinations. The first panel discussed hearing loss in infants and children with Down’s Syndrome. The second focused on optimal speech and language development in children. An ear-cleaning session was also conducted for 147 individuals, and tympanometry assessments were given to 19 individuals.
