Description: Supported by the Ministry of Health and the Pan American Health Organization, the University of Costa Rica’s School of Health Technologies recently hosted an event for audiology students and other related fields. The event, held in the school’s auditorium, included four presentations covering a range of topics such as an analysis of the latest World Hearing Report, challenges future audiology professionals may encounter, the role of audiologists in various health care institutions, and workplace hearing care. The event was attended by 23 students and offered a platform for discussion and knowledge sharing among future audiology professionals.
