Title: Cellebration of World Hearing Day
Description: On March 18, 2023, 300 individuals with chronic diseases were invited for medical examinations. A team of 32 ENT specialists and 20 general practitioners performed ear examinations, focusing on identifying and treating impacted cerumen. Out of the attendees, 30 were diagnosed with impacted cerumen and received appropriate treatment. In addition to this, individuals experiencing symptoms of hearing loss or tinnitus were provided with audiometric examinations. 25 attendees were identified with varying degrees of hearing loss and were advised to seek further examination at a hospital. The event was a comprehensive health initiative aimed at diagnosing and treating ear-related health conditions in patients with chronic diseases.
