Description: On World Hearing Day 2023, the Department of ENT at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, India, in collaboration with the Society to Aid the Hearing Impaired (SAHI), Apollo Hospitals, and Hear the World Foundation organized a series of events and ear camps in the Indian states of Telangana and Maharashtra. The celebration kicked off on March 3, 2023, at Apollo Hospitals in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad. Free ear camps were then conducted at Unicorpus Rehabilitation Centre, Hayatnagar, Hyderabad on March 5th, Sri Satya Sai Rural Clinic, Dindi, Mahabub Nagar, Telangana on March 12th, and Umerkhed Village, Maharashtra on March 26th. A multi-specialty health camp was held at Manch Pahad, Telangana on March 19th. Additionally, a TV program regarding these activities aired on a popular local news channel.
