On World Hearing Day, the House Institute Foundation (HIF) initiated a mini campaign through social media and email to promote awareness about hearing care for everyone and practical measures to achieve this. The campaign’s ambassador was a teacher for the deaf and hard-of-hearing with personal experience of hearing loss. She narrated her transformative experience with hearing aids, which she received free of charge through HIF’s pro bono hearing aid project. This campaign aimed to draw attention to this project, encouraging more support to expand its reach and help those who cannot afford hearing aids to receive necessary care.
