Event Description:
Good Thinkers Organization-Pakistan plans to host a high-impact awareness event at Government Deaf and Defectives Hearing School, Kasur, engaging 250+ special children, policymakers, civil society organizations (CSOs), media, Bar Association representatives, religious leaders, and social activists. This event aligns with World Hearing Day 2025’s theme: “Changing Mindsets: Empower yourself to make Ear and Hearing Care a reality for all.”
The event will include interactive sessions, expert talks, and panel discussions to highlight challenges faced by individuals with hearing impairments and advocate for inclusive policies. Key stakeholders, including Members of Parliament, will discuss the need for better hearing healthcare policies, assistive technologies, and social inclusion. A media campaign will amplify awareness, ensuring the event’s impact extends beyond the participants.
By engaging decision-makers and the community, this initiative will promote hearing health awareness, empower individuals, and drive policy change for inclusive education and accessibility.
