Event Description:
The Audiological clinic in Region Örebro County offers a lecture serie for 4 days, starting on the World Hearing Day. The lectures are open to the public and free of charge.
Aims to broaden the knowledge of hearing for members in the society, making people aware of different aspects of the area and possibilities of improvement of individuals hearing situation.
Four lectures with various content is offered from the Audiological clinic:
1) Hearing, hearing loss and assistive technology,
2) Tinnitus,
3) Cochlear implants and the national quality register for severe to profound hearing
4) Communication strategies.
During the week we also offer the possibility to take an automated hearing test for interested persons. Free of charge for the visitors, to as many as possible during the lecture sessions.
