From February 25th, International Cochlear Implant Day, until March 3rd, World Hearing Day, Federacion AICE organizes outreach activities:
23 cities will illuminate in red some of their public buildings, such as the famous Cibeles Fountain in the capital, Madrid.
6km race to make hearing loss visible with cochlear implant users running as well as amateur’s runners.
Press releases in collaboration with politicians and medical centres from different cities simultaneously. Stands in hospital halls.
Collaboration with different football teams for the illumination of stadiums and distribution of posters and information.
Campaign in different forms of transport in various cities, such as the display of videos on buses in Vigo, posters on buses in Badajoz, Barcelona, Sevilla or Valencia
Workshops in schools for students of different ages about Safe Listening
Street stands to provide information and raise awareness and do hearing tests with the HearWHO application in at least 11 towns
