Event Description:
The goal of our project is to rise awareness and train the employees of the WEG Group on hearing care.
Our action involves the production of four educational videos that address hearing care at different stage of life (preagnancy, childhood, adolescence and adulthooh) in a clear and objective way.
Each video will feature the participacion of a professional from the company’s multidisciplinary health care team, including speech therapists, occupational physician and ocupacional nurse.
To ensure accessibility all videos will include subtitles and translation on LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language). In addition, the videos will be posted on the company’s internal communicatios social network, allowing all employees of the WEG Group, from different regions of Brazil, to access them and benefit from the information.
