In celebration of World Hearing Day, the University of Hong Kong, in collaboration with Silence Ltd. are excited to host a free hearing screening event for the residents of Fan Ling, Hong Kong. Fan Ling is on the northern outskirts of Hong Kong and there are relatively less hearing centres located nearby, but the need is great as people of different walks of life gather and share their hearing problems with each other. This full-day activity aims to raise awareness about hearing health and provide valuable resources for the community. Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to undergo detailed hearing assessments conducted by our experienced lecturer and enthusiastic audiology students. Following the assessments, we invite everyone to join us for an informative lecture on hearing health. Together, let’s promote awareness and understanding of hearing health in our community!
