Title: World Hearing Day 2023: Engaging Agencies to utilize a pRimary Care Approach in eaR and hEaring care (EAR CARE)
Description: Our institute participated in the collective call to action by the National Institutes of Health: Transforming Philippine Health Systems toward Universal Healthcare through Research. This was attended by policy makers and government officials. In addition, we offered free video-otoscopy and hearing screening to 60 UP constituents, organized a Tiktok ear and hearing health infographic contest that reached more than 4000 views. We also distributed coloring booklets containing activities and stories highlighting ear and hearing care to 4000 children.
