The theme for World Hearing Day 2023 was ‘Ear and Hearing care for all! Let’s make it a reality!’ Many medical professionals in several health facilities within Kampala lack confidence to look into the ear, let alone know what they are seeing. We sought to pilot a 2-day course providing the ear and hearing basics for primary health providers starting with interns and first year ENT residents.
