On 3 March, Udito Italia organizes “La Giornata dell’Udito” at the Ministry of Health. The event, now in its eighth consecutive edition, brought together the leading hearing health experts in Rome together with testimonials, journalists, institutions and companies addressing the issue of hearing health in their respective areas of expertise. The debate of 3 March is preceded on 2 March by the Working Tables which address issues proposed by the WHF. A panel discussion was dedicated to the launch of the Primary Ear and Hearing Care Handbook and Training Manual. Among the topics at the center of the debate: accessibility to hearing technologies; the importance of shielding and acoustic comfort in living environments as well as the importance of hearing in road safety. All participants sign a document that will be presented to the Minister of Health to promote hearing health in an institutional setting.
