Title: WORLD HEARING DAY ACTIVITIES 2023
Description: Activities were carried out from February 28th to March 3rd. They started on the 28th of February with live talk radio program on correct fm, then freedom radio on 1st march and liberty radio on 2nd march. Information posters on ear and hearing care adapted from WHO were shared daily on our social media handles. Health talks on ear and hearing care were carried out daily at the ENT and GOPD clinics of the hospital. A presentation on zoom was carried out on Ototoxicity for primary health care workers from all over Nigeria. a press conference was held to create awareness on ear and hearing care. an advocacy visit was paid to the executive Director of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency where discussions centred on modalities of integrating EHC in primary health care services all over Nigeria.
