Title: World Hearing Day 2023-‘Ear & Hearing Care for All’
Description: World Hearing Day 2023-‘Ear & Hearing Care for All’, was celebrated through the month of March at VConnect Foundation. We started out with creating awareness about Ear & Hearing Care for All using the resources shared for WHD on social media and on all our VConnect circle parent support WhatsApp groups. A celebrity who supports us shared our main post on 3rd March on her page. Children did activities to create awareness through art, poetry etc. We conducted a hearing camp in the outskirts of Mumbai at a deaf school and tested nineteen children. Two of our news articles were published in two different community weeklies. Through the month we honored nine of our champions and gave them certificates of honor for their achievements!
