Title: World Hearing Day
Description: The North West Hospital Health Service (NWHHS) provided an interactive display in the hospital’s main foyer. Staff, patients and visitors were able to come and see their own eardrums with the use of our video otoscope, we also included tympanometry testing to check their middle ear function. The Audiology assistant was there to provide information on the NWHHS hearing services and well as answering any questions on hearing and ear health. Our community Woolworths supplied the day with healthy foods including carrots, apples and personal tissues.
