On March 3, 2023, a hearing awareness campaign was conducted, providing a range of specific activities. These included audiometry tests, tailored guidelines for employees identified with hearing loss, individual doubt clarifications, and distribution of educational materials on ear health, courtesy of the World Health Organization (WHO). The campaign’s reach was not just limited to internal staff but also extended to external clients, thus embodying its guiding principle, “Supporting the day through the year”. This initiative significantly broadened the scope of the campaign.
