Description: The Accessibility Committee of the International Federation of Hard of Hearing Young People (IFHOHYP) initiated a project to inspire individuals with hearing impairments worldwide. They encouraged submissions from the African, Asian, Arabic, and Latin American regions, aiming to prove that hearing loss does not define a person’s capabilities. The outcome was a virtual gallery showcasing portraits of these individuals, paired with their inspiring statements. The project successfully highlighted that there is more to a person than their hearing ability.
