Description: On March 3, 2023, students of Xuzhou Medical University’s Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Department launched a campaign on the theme of, “Scientific Ear Care and Active Health.” The initiative aimed to spread awareness among faculty and students about ear care and encourage a healthier lifestyle to prevent ear disease. Given the high incidence of hearing impairment in China, which can negatively impact speech, overall health, social interaction, and quality of life, such efforts are crucial. The Head and Neck Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, under the guidance of hospital leadership and various departments, successfully prepared a free clinic, demonstrating a collaborative approach to this significant health issue.
