Title: Hearing care for children and youth!
Description: On World Hearing Day 2023, the Institute participated in a cost-free hearing screening and Central Auditory Processing Disorders testing event for children and adolescents aged 7-15. This event was organized by a medical center in a major Polish city. The hearing screening encompassed Pure Tone Audiometry and Impedance Audiometry tests, as well as Central Auditory Processing Disorders tests. Prior to performing these tests, a hearing aid technician conducted otoscopy exams on the patients’ ears. Additionally, the Institute used World Health Organization resources to provide information about World Hearing Day.
