Description: In February and March 2023, LiCongTang Hearing initiated an educational program for World Hearing Day. Across over 100 stores in 40 Chinese cities, they collaborated with the local communities, China Disabled Persons’ Federation, and retirement villages to launch more than 300 hearing health service campaigns. These campaigns offered free ear checks, hearing screenings, and counselling to over 10,000 individuals. Additionally, over 300 ear health seminars were conducted, educating more than 5,000 hearing-impaired individuals and their families. LiCongTang also employed digital platforms to expand their reach, launching online education programs that dispensed vital ear and hearing health information to millions through web pages, videos, and live streams.
