Description: The webinar titled “Ear and Hearing Care as an Essential Component of Universal Health Coverage” took place on March 6. It featured presentations from leading specialists on universal hearing screening, early diagnosis of hearing loss, the epidemiology and genetics of deafness, as well as innovative rehabilitation technologies. Particular emphasis was placed on the universal protocols for objectively testing infant hearing. Prior to the webinar, hearing examinations were conducted on children in three Moscow schools.
